- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 7 oz marshmallow cream
- 2 Tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 Tbsp fresh orange zest
- 4 tsp The Olive Leaf Cara Cara Orange Balsamic
- Pinch of salt (optional, for balance)
- Fresh fruit for serving (apples, pineapple, strawberries, grapes, blueberries, cantaloupe, honeydew)
Directions
- Whip. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
- Flavor. Add marshmallow cream, orange juice concentrate, orange zest, and Cara Cara Orange Balsamic. Beat until silky and well combined. Taste; add a tiny pinch of salt if desired.
- Chill & serve. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour (up to 3 days). Stir before serving with chilled fruit.
Tips & Swaps
- Flavor flips: Swap the balsamic 1:1 with Sicilian Lemon, Blueberry, Mango, or Honey Ginger White Balsamic for easy variations.
- Lighter option: Use Neufchâtel cream cheese or replace half the cream cheese with plain Greek yogurt.
- Thicker/thinner: Thicken with 1–2 Tbsp powdered sugar; thin with a splash of milk or cream.
- Keep apples from browning: Toss slices in lemon water (1 Tbsp lemon juice per cup of water), then pat dry.
- Make-ahead: Mix up to 3 days in advance; store covered and give it a quick stir before serving.
